  • Arrange quotes and set up supplier contracts for cleaning, maintenance, electrical, recycling, bathroom hygiene products etc.
  • Contract management and service delivery.
  • Point of contact for queries / fault reporting. E.g. air conditioning temperature, lift faults etc.
Security
  • Manage security card access, including zone and access times, card expiry and replacements.
  • Advice on security requirements for your premises.
  • Manage quotes and oversee the installation of any additional security requirements.
Office Shifts
  • Organise and manage staff moves to new internal or external locations.
  • Organise and manage office relocations.
Company Vehicle Management
  • Ensure company vehicles are maintained to manufacturers specifications.
  • Arrange WOF's and licensing to ensure they do not lapse.
  • Manage insurance claims on your behalf
