I formed Red Rocks in 2006 after spending several years in property and facilities management with P&O Nedlloyd. This gave me the perfect background to achieve my dream of having my own property management business.
I am a ‘people person’ and my personal contact with you is part of the job I really enjoy. In 2012, Kim joined Red Rocks to help with the associated numbers and paperwork. This freed me up to get on and manage and maintain properties.
Shareholder/Director – Accountant/Body Corporate Manager
I joined Red Rocks as accountant and body corporate manager in January 2012 after spending many years working at Treasury. I am an experienced accountant and understand the importance of the financial aspect of dealing with people’s most valuable asset - property.
Property Finance Administrator
I joined Red Rocks in November 2019. I have a background in finance and have always had an interest in the property market. Before joining Red Rocks, I was at home looking after the family and working in the local community coordinating a number of fundraising events. I have a strong customer focus and happy to take the time to work through any queries you may have. I’m always happy to help.
Body Corporate and Commercial Manager
I joined Red Rocks in November 2019 after many years at Ernst Young Wellington as a Financial Management Associate. This role provided me with a great base for working in the property management field and I have since invested significant time in getting to know the Unit Titles Act 2010 and regulations.
I am a strong communicator and listener and enjoy building positive working relationships with body corporate committees and property owners.
I have worked for Red Rocks since 2009, and have over 20 years building experience, an eye for detail, and you’ll find I’m very thorough. I have a wide range of skills including plastering and painting. I work closely with Wayne providing building maintenance advice and long-term maintenance planning. This allows cost effective and efficient handling of the work required to keep your property in tip-top condition.
I’ve had several years in the painting business, and take pride in getting on with the job at hand – efficiently and to a high quality. Danny and I work as a team when the job is a bit bigger.
