I formed Red Rocks in 2006 after spending several years in property and facilities management with P&O Nedlloyd. This gave me the perfect background to achieve my dream of having my own property management business.
I am a ‘people person’ and my personal contact with you is part of the job I really enjoy. In 2012, Kim and Jan joined Red Rocks to help with the associated numbers and paperwork. This freed me up to get on and manage and maintain properties.
Shareholder/Director – Accountant/Body Corporate Manager
I joined Red Rocks as accountant and body corporate manager in January 2012 after spending many years at Treasury. I am an experienced accountant and understand the importance of the financial aspect of dealing with people’s most valuable asset - property.
I have invested significant time in getting to know the Unit Titles Act 2010 and regulations and combine this with my financial skills to provide an ‘added value’ service to body corporate clients.
I am very happy working with the ‘numbers’ which are associated with managing properties or bodies corporate and enjoy other aspects of the role like organising and running meetings.
I joined Red Rocks in March 2012, bringing over 20 years office and accounting experience and a strong customer service focus. I am responsible for the day-to-day administration of the business and happily deal with all that necessary paperwork that comes with property management.
I love sorting out all types of questions or problems that you may have about your property.
I have worked for Red Rocks since 2009, and have over 20 years building experience, an eye for detail, and you’ll find I’m very thorough. I have a wide range of skills including plastering and painting. I work closely with Wayne providing building maintenance advice and long-term maintenance planning. This allows cost effective and efficient handling of the work required to keep your property in tip-top condition.
I’ve had several years in the painting business, and take pride in getting on with the job at hand – efficiently and to a high quality. Danny and I work as a team when the job is a bit bigger.
